Our commitment is to hear and consider the representations / appeals and review cases of detention and restrictions under applicable laws within a specified timeframe. 

We will carry out these responsibilities with the utmost honesty, fairness and equity so that the detainees are given the right to a hearing and due consideration of the Detention Orders and Restriction Orders imposed on them.
