Whether the detainees has been or is associated with any activity relating to or involving the trafficking in dangerous drugs and should be detained in the interest of public order.
Whether the detention of the detainees was necessary for the purpose of preventing him from acting in any manner prejudicial to the security of Malaysia or any part thereof or to the maintenance of essential services therein or to the economic life thereof.
Whether the detention of the detainees is to prevent the person from doing the act in any manner prejudicial to public order, or that it is necessary for the suppression of violence, or the prevention of crimes involving violence.
